1 bag of fresh spinach

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 chopped garlic cloves

2 chopped onions

1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes


Preheat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the

onions and garlic cloves until the mixture is tender. Add the

spinach and red pepper flakes. Cook the spinach for about 10-

15 min or until tender.

1 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Toasted French baguette(sliced)


Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Toast the baguette slices until it is golden brown. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serve the olive oil dip in a serving bowl. Enjoy the amazing dish!
