1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
1 cup mozzarella (fresh)
1/2 cup pepperoni
1/2 cup green onion
2 cups elbow pasta ( cook until noodles are tender)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup mushroom
1 cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove (grated)
1 cup ricotta cheese
Directions:
Brown the beef and add mushrooms, green onions, garlic, basil, oregano, and salt. Cook the ingredients until tender. Layer sauce, ground beef, pasta, cheeses, pepperoni. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are in the dish. Bake at 350 degrees covered with aluminum foil for 45 min. or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling in the dish. Let the dish cool for 5 min. before serving. Time:55 min. Serving: 8
